HANDICAP LEAGUES

  • Range of abilities. Anyone from beginners to pros can play in handicapped leagues.
  • Great for friends with all different abilities to be able to play together but still looking for a way to even out the playing field.
  • No sub rule. Anyone can sub for anyone.
  • The first time a player plays in a CAP league, they will start equal to the highest player in the game. Once they develop stats with us, the system uses their average.
  • We use the Spot Points/Marks handicapping system for our handicapped leagues. The dart boards do all the calculating for you! FYI: This system does not take darts out of your hand. You can always shoot all three darts.

OPEN LEAGUES

  • Range of abilities. Anyone from beginners to pros can play in open leagues.
  • You play the game as is. No handicapping.
  • No sub rule. Anyone can sub for anyone.

B+ LEAGUES

  • More advanced league. Team averages are typically above a 2.2 MPR and 22.00 PPD.
  • Play a more advanced format of 15 games including singles and Double In/ Double Out.
  • You play the game as is. No handicapping.
  • No sub rule. Anyone can sub for anyone.
REMOTE LEAGUES
  • These leagues play remotely, meaning you do not travel to the opposing team's home bar. You will always report to your home bar.
  • Matches are still at 7pm real time.
  • You play the opposing team through the cameras on the dart board.

RULE MODIFICATIONS due to COVID-19
These rules supersede any existing CAP Dart League rules.
With the current uncertainties, CAP Amusement reserves the right to change any or all rules and best determine the progression of the season. League could end abruptly at any time.

Standings will be determined by percentage wins for the sole reason that all matches may not be played.

Forfeits/Make-Ups/ No Shows:

  • No show: Opposing team can enter a forfeit if they were not notified at least one hour prior.
  • Make up: You are welcome to schedule makes ups as normal, however, if a make up ultimately cannot be played, we will not be entering forfeits.
  • Forfeits: We will not be entering forfeits if a team cannot make a match. (As much as we want matches played, we do not want teams playing just to avoid a forfeit if they are truly unwell).

Safety during Match Play:
  • You are a guest of the bar/restaurant you are scheduled to play at; their rules must be abided by.
  • You must use your own set of darts. Players without a set are welcome to pick up a bag of bar darts from our office vestibule during regular business hours.
Important Dates:
March 19- Registration deadline/Team changes
March 25- Schedules are posted & captains are notified
March 28- Matches begin
