EQUIPMENT
Players may use their own darts if they meet the following requirements:
1. Darts must have unaltered factory-issued darts and tips.
2. Darts must not exceed eight inches in length
3. Darts must not exceed 18 grams in weight
FEES
1. Team captains are responsible for collecting and depositing the $14.00 weekly dart dues for their team. Each week the fee is put in the dart board’s coin slot or bill acceptor before the galaxy dart board will allow league play. Home team signs in first.
2. If a team drops out or is removed from the league, they forfeit all money.
3. The cost to play each game is the player’s responsibility
RULES
1. CAP Amusement Inc. has the right to ask for first and last names and the right to refuse any player. As well as the right to remove a player from league play during the season.
2. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be allowed.
3. Players must follow the format designated to their specific league. Example: A, B+ or B. Formats are posted on website.
4. If your team can not make a match, it is your captain’s responsibility to contact the opposing team’s captain to schedule a make up date. Please call 442-2277 or email us at capdarts@gmail.com to record the make up date, and to confirm the availability of the dart boards.
5. The winning team will receive 1 point per each win.
6. All players must be 21 years of age.
7. Teams can consist of men, women or both (Unless otherwise indicated)
8. Game time is 7:00 p.m. There will be a 15 minute grace period for all team members to show up. At 7:15, the team that is there may enter a forfeit in the dartboard. We would like to ask however, to give as much additional time as you can personally allow. We would prefer to have teams play rather than forfeit. Both teams can agree to make up match at a later date, otherwise, there are instructions on the screen in league play to record a forfeit. A forfeit can also be recorded by calling 442-2277 or emailing us at capdarts@gmail.com We will automatically give all games as wins to the team who showed up.
Both teams are still responsible for their weekly dues.
9. Games must be made up within 3 weeks, but always before the end date of the dart league, unless extra time is granted by CAP Amusement Inc.
10. Any dispute that cannot be settled by the captains must be received within 48 hours to CAP Amusement Inc.
11. Playing partners may not discuss a shot once the player is at the
foul line.
12. The four players who start a match are the only four players who are able to play in said match.
1. The score recorded by the machine is the score the
player receives. The player accepts
that THE MACHINE IS
ALWAYS
RIGHT. If the machine is not operating
properly, the 2 captains will decide whether to play, move to a
different board (if possible), or call for repairs. If a match is completed, no protest will be allowed!
2. A dart thrown that indicates “SEGMENT STUCK” should be
handled in the following manner:
IF
AFTER THE 1ST DART THROWN: The player notifies the opposing
captain of the “segment stuck” problem, goes to the dart board and removes the
dart. After the dart is removed, the
player returns to the line and throws the remaining 2 darts. (Also see “A” below).
IF
AFTER THE 2ND DART THROWN:
The player notifies opposing captain of the “segment stuck” dart. The player returns to the line to throw the
last dart. (Also see “A” below).
IF
AFTER THE 3RD DART THROWN:
The player notifies the opposing captain of the “segment stuck” problem,
goes to the dart board and removes the 2 darts thrown FIRST and SECOND (or the
darts in the board which do not indicate cause for the segment stuck), then
removes the “segment stuck” dart and pushes the PLAYER CHANGE button.
(A) The dart creating the “segment stuck” problem, in some
cases, does not register until after the dart is pulled from the board. Also, any subsequent darts thrown will not
register. IT IS NOT UNUSUAL TO HAVE
A DOUBLE SCORE IN THE ‘SEGMENT STUCK” DART (A DOUBLE SCORE WITH 1
DART THROWN). THIS SCORE IS ALLOWED
IN THIS CASE EVEN THOUGH IT IS SCORED MANUALLY.
If a
player throws subsequent darts after the “segment stuck” indication, he/she may
NOT re-throw-said darts even though they did not register.
SUB PLAYERS
CAP wants to ensure a fair playing atmosphere for all players. Therefore, if these rules are not strongly adhered to, your team faces the possibility of forfeits or other penalties.
1. Each team may have an unlimited number of substitute players.
2. It is mandatory that both first and last names are entered in the dart board. (NO NICKNAMES)

B league teams need to get the pre-approval from CAP Amusement Inc. to allow a B+ or A shooter to play as a permanent or substitute player, but may have any B player as a permanent or substitute.
